: Excellent location within walking distance from a lot of important sites in Rome. The owner was very friendly and gave great advice about Rome.
: It's not really a hotel, more like an apartment and on the 3rd floor of a residential looking building. It's not that I didn't like it, it was just a little different than I had expected.

: The location of the residence is really excellent, very close to the city center, in a walking distance to almost all attractions, we did not have to use public transport at all. Steve the owner was amazing! He gave us a map with recommendation what to visit, where to eat, he was available on mobile to help in case of need. Much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable (there were 4 of us - 2 adults and 2 kids), breakfast was basic but good.

: Good location, quiet and close to the main attractions. Our host (Steve) communicated very well both in advance and during our visit with recommendations (how to get to the location, where to eat, what to visit). We were overall very content !

: The location of the guest house was in very good area. I liked very much the cleanliness of my room. Everything was perfectly clean and white. The breakfast was okey, a little bit boring everyday the same but enough for a person.
: I would like to sleep in a real bed but it was a sofa which turns in to double bed. Not so much comfortable. The crib of the baby was also not so comfortable, instead of the mattress which was not on the crib i laid down some pillows which were extra in the room. The private bathroom outside the room was very big and clean but a little bit not so comfortable with a little baby.

: I cannot say enough about Stefano aka Steve who stayed up to check us in after a 2 hr late arrival. Located on a typical city street away from the major tourist congestion, it was very convenient to my office, in an extremely safe area.
: Please invest in a mattress topper to help cover the divide when you push the single beds together to make a larger bed for guests.

: The location was perfect for walking into the Rome center. The neighborhood was nice with shops and restaurants very close by. The room itself was very comfortable. Our host, Steve, was helpful and always available.
: There were not enough outlets for our devices. There also could have been drawers and storage space.

: The apartment feels a little small at first but it felt very safe and clean. Very central, close to river and to Vatican city. The owner was friendly, helpful and accessible. Breakfast - It was in a cafe across the road - pastry, coffee and juice. All excellent quality and fast friendly service
: There was a problem with the water/gas and we had no hot water for the whole stay. This was a building fault that affected the whole building and not controlled by residenza Elizaeth however. Workmen were working on it. Had this not been a problem our score would have been higher It was tricky to find initially- get good directions before you go!

: Location is nice and Steve is really friendly. He helped us even before our stay there, already sending us tips on how to get there from the airport. Also he gave us amazing tips on restaurants and a where to go for a night walking around the neighbourhood.
: The heating seemed to be turned off during the night for some hours and the bedroom was a bit cold. Nothing that couldn't be solved with the blankets, though. The Wifi was also not the best, but still okay to use.
